This past 4th of July holiday, we had our lunch over at Hooters in Burbank. Unexpectedly, the restaurant was very slow for a lunch hour. I think it was only 2 tables served including us. We looked over the menu and decided to order Onion Rings $5.49, Clam Chowder $4.49, Hot Dog All The Way $6.49 and Naked Plain Chicken Wings with Medium Hot, Samurai Teriyaki and Parmesan Garlic dressing $7.99. We spent a total of $29 including tax and tips.
The Onion Rings was not too bad, but wasn’t great. Bubba Gump’s one is a lot better. The Clam Chowder was not as good as as Boudin Bakery. The Hot Dog All The Way just like regular hot dogs and the Chicken Wings is tasteless if you don’t dip it into the dressing. Domino’s or Mr. Cecil’s Chicken Wings are a lot better.
Overall the food was not bad but just ok. The waitresses are all nice and the one that served our table was very kindly to check on us all the time. But, I personally might not come back again.
