
On May 10, Arman took us out to a unique restaurant called Typhoon to celebrate mother’s day. Arman had been to this restaurant twice and thought that it was quite unique and that Andrew and I should experience it. Two days before, we made the reservation online through Open Table, just to make sure that we would get seats. Even though Arman had recommended those food that he loved from this restaurant, but, I still did my research by going to Yelp. After looking at the foods pictures that people took at Typhoon, I told Arman that I wasn’t sure that I wanted to eat those kind of foods. Those foods shown on Yelp are made of variety of insects from crickets, ants, etc. Arman convinced me that they have other menus and that we are going to strictly order the non-insects ones.
