Hello everyone, it’s been a while since I last posted a recipe. I actually have some new recipes, but didn’t really have to mood to post. Anyway, here is one of them that I just tried today. Initially, I was going to use a mango, but the price of mango is a little bit expensive, so I decided to use peach instead. To make a better looking color, I think it is best to use orange color peach or mango. Taste wise, this Peachy Baked Fish is pretty good, especially if you are looking for variety of fish dishes. Arman likes the Tilapia better than the Pollock.

Steamed Ginger Garlic Pomfret
28 05 2008When I was pregnant with Andrew, I often ate this dish. My mom thought me how to cook this very simple dish. Since we moved to the US, I haven’t been cooking any fish at all. Per Rina, my good friend’s request, today, I am posting my first fish dish in the US to add up to my recipes’ collection. Andrew loves this dish so much that he ate almost the whole one side of the fish.
