Fried Beancurd Roll is one out of our many favorites in the dimsum menu. I remember weeks ago when Arman kept on asking me to try and make one myself, so a few days ago, I decided to experiment. Bean Curd Spring Roll (Lumpia Kulit Tahu)

Today is the experiment day. I tried to make something similar to the ones offered at many dim sum restaurant. Usually, they are offered in both steam and fried styles. This recipe is good for 16-18 pieces.
