Chicken Noodle with Wonton (Mie Ayam Pangsit)

Every once in a while, my parents, especially my dad, likes to make the Chicken Noodle with Wonton. The noodle is also made from scratch. But here today, I will use ready fresh/dried noodle or rice stick, you can also use your favorite noodle (egg noodle, rice noodle, etc). See my recipe below:

Fried Noodle (Mie Goreng)

Andrew loves noodle, any kind of noodles, but I think especially my Dad’s homemade noodle. Too bad, I never learned how to make the homemade noodle from my Dad. Well, it is in my to do list for the next time I see him. For now, I am just going to use the instant egg noodle. For richer taste, you can also add medium size shrimp and scallions, I ran out of both so I didn’t use them here.
