Pyramid Shrimp
27 03 2008Today, I was experimenting a new dish and turned out it was really yummy.
INGREDIENTS:
30 pieces of ready to use Shu Mai wrap
250gr of minced shrimp
2 tablespoon of sesame oil
1 teaspoon of minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of sugar
pepper
1 piece of egg
2 tablespoons of tapioca starch
INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix all ingredients except the Shu Mai wrap, then put one teaspoon scoop to center of each Shu Mai wrap. Fold the warp diagonally and use a little bit of water at each edge to stick the Shu Mai wrap. You should have a finish pyramid shape dumpling. Put it in the steamer for 10-15 minutes, then ready to serve.

gue biasanya suka bikin ini tapi digoreng ther (tapi tambahin ground pork/turkey), jadinya pangsit goreng de….hehehehhehe. boleh juga de kapan2 disteam, jadi lebih healthy….
wah ini yummy keliatannya, sayang sih Ther tempat elo jauh, kalo engga bisa sering2 main nih, sekalian icip2….
Sa, tadinya sempet mikir mau bikin pangsit tuh, cuma aja ground pork nya abis.
