Roasted Chicken with Satay Sauce (Ayam Bakar Saos Sate)

A few days ago, I suddenly craved for Ayam Bakar Kecap. So I thought I would ask my brother-in-law, Alvin, to help me get the recipe from his wife, Sendy. Thanks, Ko!

Sendy was kind enough to immediately email her original Ayam Bakar Kecap recipe to me. Thanks again, Sen! I know you are busy with Bev, but you made your time to send the recipe to me.

I tried to make the same Ayam Bakar Kecap, but since some of the ingredients are hard to find here, I decided to create my own Ayam Bakar. Since the ingredients were modified, mine is called Roasted Chicken with Satay Sauce, and of course it tastes different than the one that Sendy makes.
